A re-engineered internal coolant flow path promotes more uniform heat extraction across the core, further enhancing the heat transfer between thehot charge air and the coolant.
The rigid TIG-welded aluminum construction, including reinforced end tanks, ensures superior durability and pressure resistance, maintaining performance at elevated boost levels. Fluid-dynamically optimized, cast-aluminum end tanks streamline airflow, cutting internal turbulence and reducing frictional pressure drop by 63% - allowing the turbocharger to operate more efficiently.
