Description
This is a brand-new replacement transfer case pump for GM transfer cases with a 49-spline mainshaft; NP261HD, NP263HD, NP261XHD and NP263XHD.
The transfer case pump can be damaged from operating the vehicle with low or no lubrication from leaky seals, damaged drain plug or the dreaded “pump rub” issue. If you are rebuilding a transfer case always be sure to check the pump for damage from heat or wear.
