Description
Industrial Injection 6.4L Shredder Series Cummins Long Block Engine
The Industrial Injection 6.4L Shredder Series Cummins Long Block is the ultimate high-horsepower diesel engine built for customers who refuse to compromise. Engineered for drag racing, sled pulling, and extreme competition use, the Shredder Series combines race-proven components, advanced machining processes, and industry-leading airflow technology to create one of the most capable Cummins engines available.
Starting with a 6.7L Cummins block fitted with 4.130" ductile iron sleeves, every engine is torque plate honed and assembled using a fully balanced and polished rotating assembly. Diamond forged pistons, Wagler HD Forged Rods, a 14mm Two-Piece Silver Back Gorilla Girdle with ARP Main Studs, and premium coated bearings provide the strength necessary to withstand extreme cylinder pressures and horsepower levels.
The valvetrain is built around a Billet Hamilton 220/240 Camshaft, Billet Oversized Tappets, Billet Valve Bridges, DLC-Coated Trunnions, and Stage 2 Billet Pushrods to ensure maximum durability and valve train stability at high RPM.
At the heart of the Shredder Series is our race-proven Stage 3 Cylinder Head featuring oversized 36mm valves, extensive CNC porting, and an incredible 285 CFM of airflow at .450" lift . This cylinder head design has supported over 4,400 horsepower in competition applications, making it one of the most proven and capable Cummins cylinder heads in the industry.
To ensure maximum reliability under extreme boost levels, the engine is secured with ARP 625 High Strength Head Studs, billet freeze plugs, a Fluidampr harmonic damper, and premium oiling and cooling components throughout.
