BDS is a game changer in performance of your 2020-2024 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD truck with a 6.5-inch suspension lift kit with FOX 2.5 Coil-Over conversion. Designed to improve stance performance and capability this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 38" tires. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increased travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort.; In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars the upper and lower control arms are upgraded to improve strength travel and accommodate the new coilovers. The new upper control arms are fabricated from large 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing fully TIG welded for the highest quality strength and durability. To compliment the uppers the new lower control arms are built from high strength steel fully boxed with internally gusseted.; This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance strength and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks heavy duty tubular upper control arms fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers and a multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy duty skid plates built for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar links bump stop extensions stainless steel brake lines CV spacers supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.; In the rear BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Also for the rear is a u-bolt flip kit for max clearance and precision tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for ultimate off road performance.; FOX Performance Elite; FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter shocks are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain. The DSC adjuster adds remarkable versatility and precise tuning with a simple twist of either two adjuster knobs offering 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels with a black anodized aluminum reservoir to increase cooling efficiency.; HD Control Arms; Built for strength performance and increased travel these control arms are ready to bolt-in. The upper arms use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. The new lower control arms are built from high strength steel fully boxed with internally gusseted. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth quiet operation and superior durability.
