Comprehensive inspection checks for cracks, threaded holes, crank straightness and size and all other critical areas addressed.
All critical dimensions including bearing clearances, piston-to-wall clearance, piston protrusion, deck and hone surfaces all measured. Piston, rods and ring gaps are all checked and corrected as needed.
DandJ engines are assembled in a clean room environment by skilled technicians ensuring top quality.
Does NOT include oil pan, oil filter housing or timing cover.
