Description
The Most Advanced iDash Ever. Featuring all-new Bluetooth mobile app, higher resolution interface with rich colors, added functionality and expandability.
The iDash Pro Powertrain Information Center is a microcomputer that allows you to monitor and record what's actually going on under your hood in real-time. The compact device blows away the capabilities of any OBD plug-in diagnostic device and offers more functionality than instruments 5X the price.
While daily commuters and weekend canyon carvers find its data invaluable, engine builders, tuners, and racers rely on the iDash Pro's patented calculated parameters to evaluate engine and drivetrain performance. There is no comparable instrument on the market.
Data You Want, At A Glance
See information your dashboard will not or cannot display.
Whether you're towing and want to keep an eye on your Exhaust Gas or Transmission Temperatures, monitoring your new supercharger's Boost Pressure, or Altitude Density you crest the next grade, pick what you want to see, where you want to see it, and how it's displayed.
Populate the screen with English or Metric units and choose from hundreds of pre-loaded gauges or pre-set page layouts.
Universal 2-1/16 inch (52mm) mounting diameter
Mount to your A-pillar iDash Stealth Pod for an OE-look. Mount to your steering column, dashboard, or windshield via a suction mount. Or, surface mount the iDash Pro using the optional mounting kit.
The hub for all your Banks tuners, throttle controllers, and sensors.
Adjust your Derringer tuner's power level or change PedalMonster's throttle sensitivity as you drive. The Banks Bus Network connects you to a powerful ecosystem of engine performance products and sensor options. And, no matter how many Banks devices you add, the system only requires a single OBD connection.
The Banks mobile app for Apple and Android makes setup, configuring, and updating the iDash Pro easier than ever.
Select and move gauges
Change color themes
Switch screen layouts
Easily look up parameter definitions
Wireless transfer of data logs coming soon for iDash Data Pro users.
Monitor up to 8 gauges on 5 customizable screens. That's 40 gauges at the touch of a button. Quickly change gauges, layouts, colors, and pages via intuitive buttons or a tap or swipe on the mobile app. Connect up to 4 iDash Pros to see even more information at once.
iDash Pro reports data your dashboard filters out. Be it engine coolant, transmission temperature, or even vehicle speed; often times these are inaccurate or vague values. When you're towing up a grade, your vehicle's ECM could be on the edge of reducing power due to high temps but your factory dashboard won't alert you until it is too late. With iDash Pro, you see real-time, unfiltered data.
Perhaps you have a pre-OBD-II vehicle, a turbo or supercharged engine, or any high-performance racer that you're tuning for peak power and efficiency, the iDash Pro is the ultimate tuning tool. Changing your turbo or intercooler? iDash Pro will tell you if you've gained or lost horsepower.
iDash Pro calculates Ambient Air Density, Boost Air Density, and Manifold Air Density using OBD-II sensor data or supplemental data from Banks sensors. This data is the ultimate tool to evaluate power, efficiency, and effectiveness of a particular component, system, or entire engine.
Air Density measurements are exclusive to the Banks iDash Pro. U.S. Patent 7,254,477 B1 and 7,593,808 B2.
